Founded in Taranto (Italy) in 1921 by Ciro Ninfole,
Caffè Ninfole S.p.A. is the oldest roasting company of Puglia Region.
The current producing establishment was built in Taranto in 1992 on an area
of 12,000 square meters of which 4,500 are covered and this is the result of the perfect evolution of an artisan product.
The best qualities of coffee used come from the main producing
countries (Central America, Africa, Indonesia).
Caffè Ninfole produces and markets blends of roasted coffee beans, vacuum packed ground coffee and ESE paper pods.
Each production step takes place under the tight control of a
computer system supported by analysis laboratory and tastings
(Quality Management System UNI EN ISO 9001 and IFS certification with Higher Levell 96/100).
Thanks to a photovoltaic panels system and the use of compostable and biodegradable materials for packaging, Caffè Ninfole contributes to
protect the environment protecting the future of the new generations.
Currently Caffè Ninfole S.p.A. is a direct producer of important national and international brands, especially with roasted and ground
coffee specialities powder in 250g, 500g, 1Kg sizes and ESE pods.
Caffè Ninfole has state-of-the-art roasting systems and dedicates skilful craftsmanship to the production process, ensuring the consistency of quality and traceability of each product.
