Exagon CS company was founded in 2012 and during its life has developed projects in various fields of industrial engineering.
Exagon is the ideal partner for the supply and installation of components, process pipes, utilities within production plants.
We have a dedicated and trained team to carry out installation and maintenance activities on ATEX systems and confined spaces; our safety manager is an ATEX technician, able to coordinate activities in specific environments. Our portfolio of solutions includes:
• Design, realization, supply and installation of process and utilities piping;
• Design, realization, supply and installation of carpentry, supports, tanks, metal structures, complete skids, ducts;
• Dismantling of structures, revamping, clearances;
• Confined space activities (highly qualified operators);
• Adjustment, upgrade or certification of plants and machineries (in accordance with 2006/42/CE);
• Supply and installation of perimetrical safety structures (in accordance with 2006/42/CE);
• Supply and installation of suction system and air treatment structures;
We have obtained the ISO integrated certification (45001, 9001, 14001), EN 1090, UNI3834 and Italian MOCA certification (1935/2004/CE).
Exagon operators are required to regularly attend courses for the perfect application of the law in terms of health and safety, with continuous updating and training of personnel on these issues.
