FRIOSTAR is an Italian leading company specialized in refrigeration technologies and food equipment. Thanks to a longstanding tradition of technological and manufacturing excellence acquired in over 40 years of activity, the company efficiently works in contact with end user costumers and technicians in the sector.
FRIOSTAR designs, manufactures and installs food processing plants for seafood, meat and fruit, besides supplying hotel and catering equipment.
The company cooperates with both private companies and international organizations, mainly in European, African and Middle East countries, assuming the sole responsibility as General Contractor or cooperating in large-scale turnkey projects.
FRIOSTAR provides a real comprehensive service from technical and economic feasibility study up to after sales assistance, from the draft of the projects up to the executive design; the technical team strictly adhere to the EU rules for export as CEE agreements, EurepGAP and all other standards about hygiene and sanification issues, with the aim to provide to the client cutting-edge and up-to-date plants.

We also pay attention to water and energy consumption. Our plants are designed so that all incoming water is transformed into ice, avoiding unnecessary waste. The thermal energy obtained from melted ice is then reused in the system through appropriate heat exchangers, ensuring energy efficiency and lower running costs.
