CME was born from the experience of people who for over
40 years have been dealing with machines and plants for
crushing, recovery, selection, grinding, washing and
recycling of inert material.
The company is specialized in the sector of quarries, mines
and construction manufacturing aggregate treatment plants
and sells machines suitable for the recovery of sands such
as hydro-sand.
At the top of the national scene for completeness of the
production range and for the high level of technology
adopted, CME support the Client from the study to
implementation, modifications and modernization of
systems, assembly and after-sales assistance with
specialized personnel.
This result is due to three main components:

Crushing equipment, Sand separators
Sand separator machines are studied and built in order
to guarantee a total recovery of sand through the
separation of clay and a thorough selection of any other
extraneous material.
The sand, mixed with unwanted materials, comes from
the aggregate materials processing equipment. After
being collected in a tank, a special pump that is
specifically designed for abrasive and dense liquids
draws it and pushes it into the separation cyclone.
Impurities are separated from the sand thanks to a
centrifugal force, in order to guarantee the perfect
cleaning of the materials. The clean sand is then
transferred for drying onto a vibrating screen
Water and mud treatment
One of CME’s main areas of expertise is the production and sale of plants and machines for sand and aggregate cleaning, including various types of centrifuge machine and clarification equipment, in Italy and abroad.
The centrifuge machine we produce can be descriped as the natural completion of a water clarification plant, used for dewatering the sludge that will be transported and used for many goals. The operation is based on the natural separation that occurs because of the difference between their weights.
Once it is dewatered, the sludge is regularly expelled from a delivery chute, rotating at a slower speed than the drum. However, it is the same engine that powers both mechanisms. The engine is fitted with an inverter, allowing the speed to be adjusted according to the varying need of our customers.
