PizzaMi is a modern company with a state-of-the art production facility for Gluten free products (Italian traditional gluten free products:i.e. pizza crust, pizzas, focacaccia, bread, plant based crusts such as cauliflower, paleo friendly crust) with innovative products in terms of ingredients and pack solutions for retail and foodservice (i.e. our retail plastic free and ovenable pack – for foodservice ovenable foil for pizza and bread). Our top seller for restaurants is our premium pizza crust that we produce continuously fresh and frozen (it is like an artisanal Italian pizza crust with gluten), our top seller for retail is our pizza margherita in different versions (pack and recipes) and cauliflower pizzas. We have been already selling our products all over the world and all our restaurant distributors and market chains have increased their sales in selling high quality product.
We develop special recipes of plant base pizza crusts such as low carbs, low calories allergen free cauliflower pizza crust, zucchini pizza bases, pumpkin pizza bases, and others. We are specialized in developing private label gluten free lactose free pizzas and other products.

• 0 ALLERGENS: our dough is VEGAN as well. We don’t use any milk powder or egg or Wheat starch (free of gluten) such as the main competitor do.
• Top and exclusive ingredient in our PREMIUM RECIPE PIZZAMI– SEA WATER which reduces the salt content in the dough compared to traditional ones.
• HIGH DIGESTIBILITY thanks to the long natural leavening at controlled temperature.
• NO USAGE OF GUMS such as Xanthan and guar gum - gums used in gluten-free products can cause (with constant consumption) inflammatory phenomena.
• LOW SUGAR CONTENT
• LOW YEAST CONTENT : less than 0.2%
• Patented Pizzamì machine that rolls out the dough that simulates the hand of the pizza chef and also does not generate waste of the dough- this means less stress for the dough, a better quality of the finished gluten-free product.

Plant-Based Gluten Free Pizza Crust

We provide different versions of frozen gluten free plant based pizzas with different toppings for private labels.
Crusts can be made of cauliflower, beetroot, broccoli and other tastes
topping can according to requests.

Pizza Margherita Gluten Free - Ho.Re.Ca. Channel

The gluten-free pizza Margherita PizzaMI is a gluten- and lactose-free pre-cooked frozen product formulated for coeliacs and others. The long leavening process, sea water and the absence of gums such as guar and xanthan give it high digestibility.
The packaging for the HORECA channel is single flowpack with or without aluminium tray.
La Pinsa Margherita PizzaMI Gluten free

The PizzaMI brand Pinsa Margherita, available for the RETAIL channel, 24 hours of natural leavening using only Mother Dough as dough, is filled with 100% Italian tomatoes and lactose-free mozzarella, stretched by hand and finished with oregano.
Recipes (ingredients and topping for the filled version), customisable packaging and label, possibility of BIO production on request for private label projects.
