Our Firm Distilleria Cristiani Luca srl is situated in Ronco Scrivia (Genova) at the border of Liguria and Piemonte, and at 20 Km from the international port of Genova (Genoa). It has been operating in the field of Liquors since 1920.
We started as producers of hand-made liquors and syrups, employing plants, herbs, berries, roots, flowers and fruits, whose characteristic properties were learnedly used to from the basic elements of the products.
Owing to years of experience our Firm has made a good name for itself in Italy first then abroad.
At present , we are exporting our most popular products, Amaretto, Limoncello, Grappa, Sambuca, Bitter, Aperitivo to many countries all over the world.
These liquors is realized first of all in accordance with taste and custom of consumers in different countries to which we are exporting.
Today our Factory produces an average of 30.000 bottles a day, through a fully computerized productive process. Therefore we can always obtain a constant quality of our products.
As a matter of fact, thanks to this uniformity in high quality of our products, we can become well-known and highly-reputed both in Italy and abroad, where we have been successful among customers requiring quality above all.

The Formula for Amaretto Classico Cristiani is derived from an age old artisan recipe. This Amaretto consumed today is produced in the same time honored tradition that has been used trough the centuries. The process begins with the Master Distiller who takes great pride in selecting only the finest of sweet almonds, bitter almonds, creating a unique fusion of intense aromas and flavor. The Master Distiller then slowly and carefully mixes the finest alcohol and other ingredients, which creates the distinctive taste of our Amaretto. We still practice the art authentic liquors. Infusions of plants, with dedication and precision. All liquors are continuously mixed, tested by master distillers, and kept until maturity. The manufacturing process of our liquors is meticulous, never rushed and it is necessary several months to create the product. It is with passion and love for the good things of the past that we have managed to create a unique liquor in taste, quality and perfection. Alcohol: 100% fine alcohol   Production Area and characteristic: Our ingredients is chosen especially in the are of Piemonte, the main composition is made from a mix of almond bitter and sweet. Aroma: The almond aroma is created throw the maceration of the almond sweet and bitter for 60 days where the master distiller mix, following his experience Sensory Properties: The Amaretto Cristiani is a typical almond products with a little test of bitter, but mainly sweet. How to drink: The Amaretto is an excellent drink for dessert, but also to drink during a conversation, with ice or without. Alcohol: 25%Vol 



SAMBUCA CristianiI is an aromatic sweet dessert liquor, with an intense aroma and delicate test. You drink straight or with ice, added to vanilla ice cream or coffee. Sambuca Cristiani is a natural liquor made from the distillation of the flowers and some plants, some very well-known such as Fennel (foeniculum vulgare), star anise (illicium anisatum) and others representing the secret recipe of our Sambuca. The recipe of our Sambuca dates back to 14th century and was found among the ruins of an old Abbey located on the Ligurian hills.  We still practice the art authentic liquors.Infusions of plants, with dedication and precision. All liquors are continuously mixed, tested by master distillers, and kept until maturity.The manufacturing process of our liquors is meticulous, never rushed and it is necessary several months to create the product. Our ingredients is chosen only in Italy, Our Sambuca has made from a mix of several natural herbs as infusion of elderberry, infusion of anise seeds and others.  Aroma: The aroma is created throw the infusion of all herbs for 60 days where the master distiller mix, following his experience. The aroma of Sambuca is sweet with a great density of the products.  Sensory Properties: The Sambuca Cristiani is a typical Italian products with a great density and very sweet.  How to drink: The Sambuca is an excellent drink for dessert, but also to drink with an Italian coffee. Spritz is the Aperitif with the largest diffusion in Italy. Pleasant and refreshing, orange as the Sun of Italy when it rises every day. Sweet and sour taste is ancient but contemporary, created from an old recipe that involves infusions of herbs, roots, orange peels and expertly dosed and mixed inimitably.



Every three months Mr. Cristiani makes a selection of the best Lemon, choosing them especially in our area that it is near the sea.  Distilleria Cristiani takes only the peel of lemon, making a long infusion that it is ready after 60 days, in this moment the Master Distiller is a protagonist of a long activity to have a best infusion from the lemon peel. When the period of rest is finished, we makes the filtration, we enjoy the sugar and other ingredients, we make another last filtration and we fill the product. We recommend to drink Limoncello very chilling. We still practice the art authentic liquors. Infusions of plants, with dedication and precision.
