Nel cuore di Santo Stefano Belbo (CN), circondati dalle colline del Moscato amate e raccontate da Cesare Pavese, si trova l’azienda della famiglia Revello, produttrice di pompe irroratrici fin dal 1890 e pompa enologiche dal 1970.L’ideatore e costruttore della nostra prima pompa irroratrice è stato Giovanni Revello, nel 1890. Negli anni 1970, un momento importante nel campo del rinnovamento dei materiali è stata l’affermazione della plastica.
Da quel momento abbiamo anche abbinato alla linea tradizionale, più specificamente agricola, una linea dedicata al giardinaggio e al mercato hobbistico.
La nostra pompa irroratrice è un prodotto di qualità e di affidabilità, consente una forte pressione di mandata . Robustezza e funzionalità sono le caratteristiche per noi più importanti.
In questi ultimi anni, a fianco delle pompe a zaino manuale, abbiamo realizzato delle elettropompe a zaino azionate con batterie, specialmente rivolte alle operazioni di diserbo e alle irrorazioni.
Ai nostri requisiti di funzionalità risponde anche il nostro solforatore elettrico Mistral, con serbatoio in materiale plastico, utilizzato in vigneti, frutteti, orti e giardini; è adatto a trattamenti in terreni dove è difficile l’accesso ai mezzi meccanizzati.
Dal 1970 i Revello sono anche produttori di elettropompe a pistone per l’enologia. In particolare sono caratterizzate da una corsa lunga del pistone che consente un’aspirazione a profondità elevate e la stabilità delle tubazioni. Un elevato peso ne assicura la stabilità e i cilindri, ottenuti con alesatura del blocco fuso, assicurano un’indeformabilità assoluta anche sotto sforzo. Le loro caratteristiche tecniche agevolano il lavoro e garantiscono la massima silenziosità.
Produciamo quattro modelli di elettropompe a pistone con portate che vanno da 60 hL/ora fino a 500 hL/ora. La più grande è la 2P 100, a due pistoni, seguono in ordine di grandezza le serie Urania, Venere e Atena .
Dai primi anni 2000 inoltre le esigenze vinicole richiedono una pompa che travasi il vino con maggior delicatezza e senza ossigenare il vino. E’ dal quel momento che la Revello ampia la gamma delle sue pompe enologiche con la pompa peristaltica. La caratteristica che la contraddistingue è la minima manutenzione necessarie e l’alta sanificabilità della pompa.
In breve tempo si amplia la gamma che permette di pompare dai 100 lt/h ai 50.000 lt/h. La pompa peristaltica permette di essere utilizzata per il settore enologico (con vino, uva intera e pigiata, … ), beverage (succhi di frutta, latte, olio )chimico, tessile, farmaceutico.

Peristaltic pump , hose pump
The peristaltic pump is based on the principle of peristalsis according which the prevalence to the fluid treated is given by acrushing sliding along the pipe. With this method the more or less dense liquids are transported in a delicate and soft way. The pump is suitable for the pouring of liquids (wine, fruit juices, milk, and oil) and semisolid products (crushed and intact grapes, grapes after the removal of stalks, tomatoes). The very many advantages allow its use in various application sectors, such as ceramic, chemistry, water treatment, foodstuff, beverages, metallurgy, paper mills, construction, pigments and paints, inks and prints. The pump consists of a rotor bearing two rollers that while rotating compress the rubber pipe causing the advancement of the liquid. The alternation between compression and relaxation of the pipe generates vacuum sucking the product and consequently a constant delivery. Filling machine for bag in box, filling machine
Semi-automatic filter for Bag-in-Box with capacities from 2 litres to 20 litres, for the filling of liquid and semi-dense products including foodstuff and other liquids (e.g. oil and wine a maximum viscosity of 300 cps). It is possible to perform hot filling at a temperature up to 50°C with a pump with delivery of 50 l/min. The dosing is made with with electronic liter-counter. It is possible to use any type of standard tap: Vtop, Press-Top and Flex-Top. Control of defective bag my means of a vacuum meter. The bag is positioned inthe fork; maneuvering the lever the stopper is removed and the filling tap is inserted in the bag. By pressing start you make the vacuum in the bag, later on the filling is made with tha addition of nitrogen. Maneuvering the lever again the stopper is inserted in the bag in box and the bag is extracted manually to make it slide in the box. The machine is equipped with a smooth inclined plane to help de descent of the bag into the box that is positioned on a height-adjustable surface. The machine is equipped with operator panel for the management of the filling volume, the vacuum time, the nitrogen time and the cleaning of the machine. The PLC stores de formats realized supplying the statistics of the work performed. Machine predisposed for the CIP washing, and the sterilization with hot water. The chassis of the mchine is made of stainless steel and is supported by four castor wheels, of which two are edquipped with brakes. The materials are suitable for chemical washing
