UV-resistant, ready-to-use, one-component, solvent-based, innovative copolymer waterproofing membrane. Available in matte finish (gray, red, solar reflective white) or in metallic finish (aluminum, copper, bronze) KEEP is extremely durable and elastic. It can be stored for 18 months with no special precautions, it can be resealed and reused, and it can be applied even at temperatures below freezing or with high ambient moisture. KEEP offers outstanding bonding to most substrates, often without a primer: concrete, bitumen, metal, timber, tiles, polycarbonate, single-ply membranes such as PVC, TPO, EPDM. It meets or exceeds the performance of top polyurethane or single-ply membranes, to which it represents an ideal alternative.
