Sicilian cannoli is one of the most famous Italian pastry specialties. The sweet is tied to the small river banks that rolled up to a few decades ago Crunchy waffle during its preparation, hence the name.
The quality of the artisan product is the result of the oldest recipes of the confectionery tradition Sicilian cuisine is guaranteed by the use of first choice genuine ingredients. In 2016 AMMUCCA SICILIANO conceived and realized the Cannolo Snack © available in the following tastes: "white", "chocolate", "hazelnut" and "pistachio".
Whilst adhering to specific requirements for handycraft production, company has constantly evolved to keep up with the times, learning new methodologies and applying new technologies to improve our capability to respond promptly to the needs of an increasingly growing market, both in the ho.re.ca. and in great distribution channels.
Our company factory premises are located at Belpasso in Catania and can be easily reached from motorways, railways and Catania's airport. Products are guarantee by a HACCP self control system that testifies to a level of quality that is already acknowledged and that meets both Italian and European quality standards.
