Renavitas is an Italian Energy Service Company (ESCo) certified under UNI CEI EN 11352, specialised in turning energy waste into profitable investments for residential buildings, condominiums, commercial properties, and public administrations.
Founded in Imola (Bologna, Italy), Renavitas operates on a simple but powerful idea: energy renovation should not be a cost — it should be an investment that pays for itself. To make this possible, Renavitas takes full responsibility for the entire process, from the initial energy audit to the technical design, from project financing to long-term performance monitoring.
Our core model is the Energy Performance Contract (EPC): we identify the energy savings potential of a building, design and deliver the renovation works, and guarantee the results through continuous Measurement & Verification (M&V). The client pays only from the savings generated — no upfront risk, no uncertainty.
Our intervention scope covers the full building system: thermal envelope (insulation of facades, roofs, and windows), renewable energy HVAC systems (heat pumps, district heating), and on-site energy generation (photovoltaic and solar thermal panels). Where applicable, we also offer Heat as a Service — a model in which Renavitas owns the heating infrastructure and sells thermal energy at a guaranteed per-kWh price, eliminating capital expenditure for the client entirely.
Renavitas manages the complexity so clients don't have to: we coordinate technical assessments, access to public incentives, financing options, and certified installers — delivering a single, bankable plan that makes energy renovation straightforward and financially sound.
With over 14 years of experience in the Italian energy efficiency market, Renavitas is now expanding its partnerships internationally, offering its certified ESCo model, technical know-how, and M&V infrastructure to European partners, distributors, and investors seeking reliable energy performance solutions.

Energy Performance Contract (EPC / ESCo)
Renavitas is a certified ESCo under UNI CEI EN 11352 — the Italian standard aligned with European ESCo certification frameworks. Our Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) provide clients with a legally binding guarantee of energy savings over a defined contract period (typically 10–15 years).
Under this model, Renavitas finances or co-finances the renovation works, implements the interventions, and recovers its investment through a share of the verified savings generated. The client bears no upfront capital risk. Savings are measured and verified continuously through our M&V infrastructure, ensuring full transparency and contractual accountability.
This model is applicable to condominiums, SMEs, commercial buildings, and public administrations, and can be structured to comply with Italian and European public procurement rules.
