Our founder, Dr. Osvaldo Legnini, a renowned food technologist with expertise in flour formulations, laid the foundation for the company by reimagining traditional bakery and pasta formulations through a low-carb lens.

In 2022, our group achieved a turnover exceeding €10 million, with double-digit growth.
We anticipate doubling this figure over the next decade. Our proprietary brands have already gained a strong foothold across Europe, particularly in the sports and medical dietary sectors. We collaborate closely with hundreds of physicians, upholding scientific rigor in product development. Our Keto Education Academy offers advanced training courses for doctors and nutrition biologists.
