For almost two centuries we have pursued the objective of offering you and your guests a gastronomic experience rich in Italian tradition; this continuous research, the experience handed down and the accuracy in all the processing phases have made our products unique and exclusive.
Our specialty is Porchetta di Selci P.A.T. : selected pork, boned and seasoned with fresh or dehydrated spices (sea salt, black pepper, garlic and rosemary), and then sewed around the pole which allows optimal cooking in the oven.
We also prepare tronchetto di porchetta, coppa di testa, pork sausages.

Our porchetta has a delicate taste, typical of the pork we choose. It is seasoned with salt, black pepper, rosemary and garlic, hand-sewed and roasted.
The long cooking process (6 / 8h) allows us to have a tender and juicy final product.
