For over 35 years Bermec has been dealing with precision mechanics on behalf of third parties with chip removal machine tools. We perform milling, turning, tangential grinding, mechanical assembly, and special tooling/machine construction.
Our machining ranges from single lot to medium/large series lots and we process all types of materials.
We produce components for national and European companies operating in various industrial sectors, such as robotics and automation, electric motors, machine tools, pharmaceutical, food, rail, oil & gas, energy, etc..

Bermec production
Complete production cycle of a splindle head housing for machine tools, from the blank to the finished product, qualitatively tested and certified.
1986 - 2021 HAPPY 35TH ANNIVERSARY BERMEC! On the occasion of this significant milestone reached, we have created a short video story of our company.
In October, 2021 we received and installed our new machine tool: SPINNER U1530. It consists in a 5-axes machining center (dimensions 465x530x400), with the peculiarity of a combined table which functions as a vertical machining center, with maximum dimensions 465x530x1530. It boasts an high-speed spindle, complete equipment and Schunk fast systems of equipment change. This machine, not only has widen our productive availability, but it also implements the possibility of evolving in terms of feasability of bigger and more elaborated components.
We decided to give space and voice to young people that make experience and work in Bermec. The young student Lorenzo concluded his three-weeks experience of school internship in Bermec, therefore we decided to have a quick chat with him to tell us about his experience within the company.

Components for Torque Motors
Bermec is a long-established partner of Torque Motor producers, constructing two essential components, the Cooling Jacket and the Rotor. Here are some examples of jackets and rotors of different materials and sizes.
Rollers Support for a Machine for Food
We produce a wide range of components that are part of food machinery. In fact we have the MOCA/FCM certification for materials destined to come into contact with food.
Spindle Housing
We machine and produce parts as complicated as fundamental for the contruction and functioning of machine tools. An example is the Spindle Housing in picture, which consists of the casing of a CNC milling machine spindle head.
