ECO SUSTEINABLE SHOES
The research for the design of innovative and sustainable materials for footwear, carried out by LTA Ltd. in collaboration with Lenzing AG, it has led to the creation of a range of products, for BOTANIC SHOES, made by
TENCEL®. In the Botanic Shoes the components are totally or mostly made using raw materials from vegetal origin
and with low environmental impact. For this TENCEL® is a strong alternative for the realization of materials for
shoes in harmony with the Nature.

LT GEA is a range of products made of natural materials, therefore recyclable
and biodegradable to more than 80%. LT GEA products guarantee an
extremely low environmental impact, at the same time offering optimal
comfort and durability.

Stron ECO + SIGMA ECO The evolution of the insole towards a shoe with lower environmental impact
The new articles in the ECO Evolution range have been designed for responding to the need to make
FOOTWEAR with a MINOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. They are produced with a technology
RESIN FREE and using RECYCLED TEXTILE FIBERS. This allows to realize recyclabe insoles
and midsole made only by fibers.
They are also SUPER LIGHT and performing for less weight of the shoes.
Designed for strobel stitching, they fully adapt to the direct injection or casting of the sole but also for
applications with glued or mounted soles.
Respond to the most stringent requests regarding "restricted substances" by the most demanding
contractors.

FULL GREEN INSOLES
Full Green materials are made using TENCEL ® fiber and PLA fiber produced from vegetals. The raw materials are Biodegradable and recyclable with a very low environmental impact, suitable for STROBEL SEWING and CEMENTED SHOES.

L-MEMORY COMFORT TAKES SHAPE
Breathability is guaranteed by its special “open cell” structure, similar to a natural sponge, facilitating
rapid dispersion of heat and moisture. L-Memory® is treated with a anti-microbial product immunising it
from bacteria that would otherwise cause theproliferation of mould and fungus. L-Memory is an environmentally
friendly water-blown foam.
