The company
Modulpoint srl is a company born in 2017 from the meeting of entrepreneurial figures from different fields of the world of construction, hospitality and tourism design
The goal was to produce prefabricated structures to be allocated to various sectors:
- Tourism accomodation
- Food
- Public sector

Thanks to the constant research of the development department, Modul Point decides to become a pioneer in the world of sustainable prefabrication with the use in the realizations of the CFS system, Cold Formed Steel, offering structures with a high content of technological and design.
CFS is the commonly used term to identify profiles produced by profiling or bending cold of thin steel sheets.
New horizons
Today the Modul Point Group srl brand, with two different divisions has further broadened its horizons by starting the construction of a first 4 STAR TOURIST VILLAGE in the island of Curacao in the Caribbean with the total supply of 54 Suites of 45 sqm.
