Born from the love for Italian style and wine, with one purpose: the constant research for the greatest quality, starting from the grapes all the way to the bottle.
Our philosophy is the selection of the best grapes o from the best vineyards in the Prosecco area, without limiting the quality to only owned vineyards. This is why we like to think of us as "Grape Hunters".
The idea to identify ourselves as "Grape hunters" is born from the decision to not buy any vineyards.
This because from the beginning we wanted to be different from other producers and products, creating wines for people who share the same desire, to be different from others and to distinguish themselves from the masses.
Our approach to the production starts of course from the vineyards, but with the difference that we select the grapes that will create our wines from a lot of different vineyards therefore we are able to choose only the best quality ones.
The grapes are then collected and the production si followed in every single step by our Enolo- gist. Enrico, and from Giacomo, one of the company owners.
Our idea is that only with research, love and passion for the Prosecco hills our products can be so special, just like our bottles.

CAJ VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE D.O.C.G. MILLESIMATO
is a fine selection of Glera grapes from the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene.
This Prosecco is vinified with 8 grams of sugar per liter, which classifies it as a "Brut" style Prosecco.
Brut Proseccos typically have a drier taste profile, as the sugar content is relatively low. This results in a crisp and refreshing sparkling wine, perfect for celebrations or as an aperitif.
