Identification plates for the railway sector are manufactured by coining using a progressive (step) die, a production process that ensures high dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and consistent quality, even for large production volumes. This technology allows the creation of sharp details, embossed or recessed markings, and perfectly defined edges.
Made from high-strength materials such as aluminium, steel, or special alloys, the plates guarantee long-term durability and legibility under severe operating conditions typical of railway environments, including vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and exposure to atmospheric agents.
The plates can be further customized with marking, serial numbering, or identification codes, and are designed to meet traceability, safety, and railway regulatory requirements.
