Ammu provides frozen and non-frozen products: sweetened ricotta cream made from sheep milk, Sicilian cassata cake, arancini, cannoli and other typical pastry products.
We have selected over 200 references of typical Sicilian proucts, certified for quality and tradition: sweet creams, condiments, chocolate, wines, honey, jams, etc..

Cannolo cake
Delicate sweet ricotta mousse with a heart of pistachio cream, placed on a crunchy cannolo base.
Store in the freezer and thaw a few minutes before eating.
Ingredients: Cream, milk, sheep ricotta, sugar, starch, bovine gelatine, dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, 00 flour, lard, cocoa, salt, natural flavours, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, pistachio, powdered milk, sunflower lecithin (E322), colorings (anthocyanins and curcumin).
This product may contain traces of other shell fuit, sesame.
Sicilian cassata
Sweet sheep ricotta with chocolate chips placed on soft sponge cake.
Almond paste covering and dark sugar glaze, with candied fruit decoration.
Store in the freezer and thaw few minutes before eating.
Arancini
The star of the Sicilian rotisserie directly to your home.
Imagine the sound of boiling oil, ready to welcome the flavor of tradition. Then, a unique smell, to be envied by the whole neighborhood.
Our arancini are perfect for a typical family dinner, to rediscover one's roots or to take a dip into memories and return to that holiday that we have never forgotten.
Available in 4 options: meat sauce, butter, norma or mixed box.
All arancini will be delivered uncooked, ready to fry.
Products are originally subject to temperature abatement in order to ensure both transport and conservation.
Once they are completely defrosted, dip them in a small saucepan containing peanut oil, and let them fry.
Approximately 8-10 minutes of cooking at 180°/190° will be enough.
Consume within 48 hours from receipt.
