The blades determine the slow and continuous movement of the hydro-suspension in order to prevent the settling of the materials that must remain in suspension



he glazing booth can be, at the customer's request, with a single station or with a double station and is made entirely of stainless steel.

The work area is located on the front and it is equipped with a lathe that is moved manually by the operator using a a hand wheel .

During the glazing phase, the air, loaded with ceramic paint residues, is sucked in from the rear and passes through a system of waterfalls and veils of water; subsequently it flows through a series of drop eliminators in a plastic labyrinth and is sucked in by the fan to be then pushed out through the outflow chimney. The fan capable of guaranteeing the necessary flow rate and head characteristics is of the centrifugal type mounted on anti-vibration joints.

Soundproof fans are installed, in full compliance with the regulations on noise pollution.

The cleaning of the filters can be programmed automatically and carried out after the employees' working hours, optimizing time and productivity.



A wheeled stirrer is ideal for mixing ceramic raw materials, preparing mixtures, dissolving glues and mixing enamels. Its mobility makes it possible to work in different areas of the plant, facilitating the production process at various stages.
Thanks to its ability to move easily, it is particularly useful in contexts where mixing operations take place in multiple locations, optimizing workflows and reducing production times.


The raw materials are placed in the melting tank.
A motor drives a stainless steel propeller that rotates inside the tank, creating a turbulent motion that mixes and melts components.
The mechanical action of the propeller breaks up the clumps and distributes the solid particles evenly in the liquid phase, forming a homogeneous suspension.
During mixing, the density of the dough is monitored to ensure that it achieves the desired characteristics for the forming process.
When the dough is ready, it is discharged from the tank and transferred to the next stage of the production process, such as casting, extrusion or pressing.
Equipped with four wheels, allows you to move it easily.
The propeller can be operated at different heights to suit processing requirements.
Opening door with safety device : when the door is opened, the machine automatically locks the processing.
It is equipped with a total protection system, which covers the entire working area up to the maximum height, and an electrical system.
This thickener can be equipped with a variable speed drive.
The motor speeds are adjustable via inverter, for precise control of mixing speed.



Our casting machines are prepared for n. 5 or 7 molds.
Each casting machine can accommodate up to 6 moulds , upon customer request.
The machine consists of a metal structure that supports a mobile platform on which the lower half-mould is anchored, and an upper platform on which the upper half-mould is anchored and which has the function of keeping the mould closed.
The mould is kept closed between the two frames by means of pneumatic pistons, formed by a pneumatic gripping system, during the casting phase.

The frames have the characteristic of being able to rotate in any position (flat, vertical or inclined depending on the operation to be performed).
They are also equipped with micrometric adjustments to accommodate molds of all sizes.
All sanitary ware composed of two or three parts (if the third part can be removed manually) such as: hanging pots and bidets ( made with moulds in three parts), washbasins of all kinds, washbasins and other special pieces
The demolding of the pieces takes place through a special trolley on wheels supplied with the machine itself that is mechanically lifted
The machine is suitable for small productions and productions that require frequent mold changes.

The Spiral hoses are made with stainless steel galvanized tape or copper wound in a spiral with continuous sealing helical stapling
The external hemming gives the pipes considerable rigidity and resistance to crushing three times higher than that of a traditional calendered pipe.
Tubes can be made from a diameter of less than 80 mm, up to a maximum of 1400 mm. Our Spiro tubes were used for the construction of the foundations of the C metro in Rome, in the pipe is poured cement where inside passes the construction rod.
