E.P.S. is specialized in the design and manufacture of moulds, plastic injection and assembly. Moreover, EPS designs and manufactures also stainless steel components and levelling feet for the professional catering equipment.
Since over 30 years, EPS supplies products and solutions worldwide, covering the plastic material field thanks to the strong know-how, the well organized 5 buildings and the latest digital technology. In EPS there are 3 Divisions, that work together to satisfy customers with the “made in Italy” quality and service. EPS cover the entire supply chain of plastic material with molds, injection molding, assembly and components, 10.000 square meters, 5 production buildings in Italy.
The closest cooperation between the technical team and the customers is the key that offers a full service from the initial planning to the after sales assistance.

To optimize production, EPS introduced also the Smart factory Technology and Lean Organization’s standards.
The latest innovation concerns the Food Contact processes that involves the plastic injection and assembly, following the safety regulation for all Food Contact materials.

EPS srl - Mould Division: moulds example
EPS follows all details of the planning and design together with the customers needs such as:
Feasibility study of design and plastic materials to be used, structural analysis and 3-D moulds’ modelling,
mould flow with the best suitable cooling system. The workshop can realize bi-injection moulds (2K) with different type of colours and materials, and also moulds that need inserts to be overmoulded during
injection. EPS realizes trial out complete with dimensional report, and manages any mould maintenance needed.
The workshop is specialised in:
-mould design, workflow and industrialization
-production of injection moulds also bi-injection either rotative than with movable blade (2K)
-realization of moulds till 10 Tonn
