Azienda Olearia del Chianti is specialized in the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil since 1985.
It is located in Panzano in Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany and Chianti area, closed to Florence and Siena.
Mauro Gonnelli, owner and founder of the Olearia, for over 33 years has blended modern production and technology with the untouched cultural tradition of the Chianti area, creating products of excellence.
In full respect of Tradition and Quality, thanks to our quality control system following international certifications (BRC, IFS, ISO, ORGANIC, KOSHER, HALAL, DOP and IGP), we can assure impeccable productive standards and unique quality.

Igp Toscano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) TOSCANO: filtered extra virgin olive oil obtained from Tuscan olives. It is made in Tuscan region certified by the Consorzio dell'olio toscano (Consortium of Tuscan EVOO). It has a fresh taste slightly spicy with a mild back-taste of artichoke. Recommended for seasoning, fresh or grilled vegetables, grilled meat and fish, bruschetta.
Dop Chianti Classico extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the tasteful palates... Filtered extra virgin olive oil from olives of Chianti Classico region. It is characterized by pleasant fruity flavour and fragrances. It has received the recognition of DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) by U.E. for the great and significant peculiarities. Olives are hardest by hand according to the ancient tradition, oil is cool pressed at a temperature under 27°C. Taste and flavour are unique. It is amazing for seasonings: try on game dishes, grilled meat, fish, vegetable soup and pulse.
