In our Historic Vinegar Factory, we have been continuing since 1962 the Italian art of producing vinegar, an ancient tradition passed down through generations. Our history and adherence to the organic production system, since 1984, has always motivated us to use the most advanced and innovative technologies to offer traditional products that meet modern needs and tastes. "Mengazzoli" is in fact synonymous of great versatility: from wine and fruit vinegars to Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, from seasonings to Balsamic Cream till the newest vinegar to be grated.

Parpaccio Mengazzoli is the absolute novelty in the vinegar panorama, a traditionally liquid ingredient, now turned into solid to discover new shapes, transparencies, textures and densities. An innovative, Italian product based on Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP that allows to obtain infinite visual solutions while composing the dish and surprising taste sensations during the tasting.
The design of the triangle shape recalls the function of use, i.e. to be grated like traditional Italian cheeses, but it is only the beginning of what this product allows you to do; like slicing it thinly, melting it to then reform it differently and glazing it to incorporate other ingredients, or having fun cutting it into infinite shapes.

The vinegar to be grated, has collected several prizes and awards:
- winner of the Italian Food Award as best innovation in the "dressing
& vinegars" category at Anuga 2019;
- 1st place at Ethical Food Design 2019;
- 1st Absolute Award and Innovation Award at Olio Officina festival
2020.



The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Mengazzoli is a product of great organoleptic excellence combining sweetness, sourness and aroma in a unique mixture which is its distinctiveness. It is produced by expert and wise hands that have been working on the production of this very special vinegar combining a long tradition with a careful selection of raw materials.

The packaging is particularly rich in information and elements:
- the bottle designed to appreciate the characteristic colour and slow fluidity of the product;
- the informative display, sized so as not to take up shelf space, which gives us the possibility to guide the consumer in the purchase by inserting the tenor, food combinations and recipes;
- the development of the QR code, which provides simple, clear and dynamic communication, guiding the consumer to discover this excellent vinegar.



Amea is an apple vinegar produced and aged using classic methods, obtained by the natural fermentation process of concentrated apple juice which is left in a barrique for a long period of time.
Characterised by an intense amber colour, this product, with its almost velvety texture, offers the palate a delicate balance between the sweet and fruity flavour of the apple and the stronger taste of vinegar.

The apple balsamic vinegar Amea received the first prize in the category "Communication" at the event of Olio Officina Festival 2019, thanks to its packaging, particularly rich in information and elements. From the style and refined design of the bottle, to the display, which gives us the possibility to guide the consumer in the purchase by inserting the tenor, food combinations and recipes and lastly to the information support that can be reached with the QrCode, which with a simple scan allows our company to tell its story in a multimedia way.



The unfiltered organic apple vinegar is obtained from 100% natural and fresh apple juice, traditionally processed preserving the Mother of vinegar a sediment with a cloudy appearance and a slightly darker color.
Not being heat-treated, the product is “raw”, with a fresh and smooth flavor and preserve all the beneficial characteristics of the fruit.

With a simple scan of the Qr code on the product packaging, you can discover not only all the characteristics of the product, in terms of sustainability, food safety, traceability and production method, but also many recipes and tips for use. This will lead you to know and taste at best the product and to virtually enter the Acetaia di Mengazzoli.



Mengazzoli organic pomegranate vinegar is obtained from 100% natural pomegranate juice, fresh from whole fruit.
Rich in beneficial properties, this organic product is characterized by its intensely fruity acidulous taste and by the richness of acetic acid, a natural substance that helps good digestion.

Thanks to the QR code collar in the product packaging, it will be easy to stay up to date on traceability and production method, on the particular characteristics of the specific vinegar, up to the recipes and suggestions for use that will guide you in enhancing your favourite dishes.
