Supplier Registration Procedures

The Italian Trade Commission (ITA) – Johannesburg Office is an Italian Government Agency strictly bound by Italian Public Procurement laws. To be eligible for future service opportunities and contract awards, companies must first be vetted and fully registered in our Official Supplier Registry.

⚠️ Mandatory Administrative Notice

Registration Requirement: Without a complete registration package, we cannot evaluate proposals or proceed with any services.

Contractual Terms: ITA issues its own official contracts and Purchase Orders. These serve as the only legally binding agreements. We do not accept or sign external supplier terms and conditions.
