
The Italian Cuisine Week in the World is a yearly initiative promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The 2024 Theme is “Mediterranean Diet and Recipes from our Roots: Health and Tradition”, focuses on the relationship between tradition and innovation in culinary practices. This reimagination has been made possible by agri-food businesses which continue to uphold the art of culinary craftsmanship at the dining table.
Italian and Canadian Master chefs are ready to let food lovers and food operators all over Canada in this exact week savor the taste of Italy’s artisanal cuisine!
The ITA organized two Masterclasses for traders, chefs and other professionals working in the food industry, one in Kitchener and one in Vancouver.
