ISM 2026: italienische Süßwaren und Snacks in Halle 10.1 

Die Internationale Süßwarenmesse ISM ist die führende Messe für Süßwaren und Snacks in Europa. Sie findet vom 01. bis zum 04. Februar 2026 auf dem Messegelände in Köln statt. Lassen Sie sich von neuen Trends, Innovationen und Entwicklungen der Branche inspirieren. 

Die Italienische Agentur für Außenhandel (ITA) organisiert auf der ISM einen Gemeinschaftsstand mit 16 italienischen Produzenten feinster Produkte, mit dem Ziel, die Marke "Made in Italy" weltweit zu fördern und den Unternehmen die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre Produkte einem internationalen Fachpublikum vorzustellen. Die Aussteller präsentieren unter anderem folgende herzhafte, süße und salzige Spezialitäten: Taralli, süße Cremes, Kekse, sardische Spezialitäten, Panettone, Nougat, Nüsse, Marmeladen, Konfitüren, Pesto und Bruschetta.

ISM 2026: Italian confectionery and snacks in Hall 10.1 

The International Sweets and Snacks Trade Fair (ISM) is Europe‘s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks. It will take place from February 1 to 4, 2026, at Cologne trade fair. Get inspired by new trends, innovations and developments in the industry. 

The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) will be present at ISM with a joint stand featuring 16 Italian producers of fine products. The aim is to promote the “Made in Italy” brand worldwide and to provide these companies with a platform to present their products to an international trade audience. Exhibitors will showcase a curated selection of savory, sweet, and artisanal specialties, including taralli, sweet spreads, biscuits, Sardinian delicacies, panettone, nougat, nuts, marmalades, jams, pesto, and bruschetta.
