Anuga 2023: Italian Fine Foods and Mediterranean Flair in Hall 11.2
Anuga, the leading trade fair for food and beverages, is once again taking place this year, focusing on the theme of "Sustainable Growth" from October 7th to October 11th, 2023. The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) is organizing the participation of a trade delegation comprising over 180 exhibiting Italian companies with the aim of promoting the "Made in Italy" brand worldwide and giving companies the opportunity to showcase their products to an international audience. Exhibitors will present their specialties in the areas of pasta, oil, grains, sweets and chocolates, sauces, cookies, jams, coffee, deli meats, ready-made meals, wines, olives, preserves, cheese, rice, bread, dried fruits, as well as mushrooms and truffles.

The Anuga trade fair is considered the world's leading trade event for the food and beverage industry. It takes place every two years in Cologne and attracts participants from all over the world. The fair brings together manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and industry experts with the goal of presenting innovative products and current trends and creating opportunities for building new networks. With the main theme of "Sustainable Growth," Anuga 2023 aims to advance the discussion on food waste. Anuga provides exhibitors and leading institutions with an international platform for exchanging ideas on food waste and introducing innovative technologies.

Anuga 2023: Italienische Feinkost und mediterranes Flair in Halle 11.2
Anuga, die führende Messe für Lebensmittel und Getränke, findet in diesem Jahr erneut statt und widmet sich zwischen dem 7. und dem 11. Oktober 2023 dem Thema "Sustainable Growth“. Die Italienische Agentur für Außenhandel (ITA) organisiert die Teilnahme einer Handelsdelegation von über 180 ausstellenden italienischen Unternehmen mit dem Ziel, die Marke "Made in Italy" weltweit zu fördern und den Unternehmen die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre Produkte einem internationalen Publikum vorzustellen. Die Aussteller werden ihre Spezialitäten aus den Bereichen Teigwaren, Öl, Getreide, Süßwaren und Schokolade, Soßen, Kekse, Konfitüren, Kaffee, Wurstwaren, Fertiggerichte, Weine, Oliven, Konserven, Käse, Reis, Brot, Trockenfrüchte sowie Pilze und Trüffel präsentieren.

Die Anuga-Messe gilt als weltweit führende Fachveranstaltung für die Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie. Sie findet alle zwei Jahre in Köln statt und zieht Teilnehmer aus der ganzen Welt an. Die Messe vereint Hersteller, Lieferanten, Händler und Branchenexperten mit dem Ziel, innovative Produkte und aktuelle Trends zu präsentieren sowie die Möglichkeit zu schaffen, neue Netzwerke zu knüpfen.
