The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) is the Government Agency that supports the business development of Italian companies abroad and promotes the attraction of foreign investments in Italy. With a widespread network of foreign offices, ITA provides information, assistance, consultancy, promotion and training to small and medium-sized Italian companies.
Among its tasks, the ITA office in Jakarta organizes missions of economic operators abroad or foreigners in Indonesia
For this reason, the Office is initiating a direct assignment procedure with an Indonesia-based insurance company for the acquisition of insurance services.
In particular, our office must activate for each participant in his economic missions as operators abroad, a health policy including coverage against the risks deriving from positivity to COVID-19 found during the stay on the mission.
The aforementioned policy must also cover the expenses deriving from quarantine or fiduciary isolation, even if carried out outside the health facilities, for the entire period provided for by the legislation of the country of destination, generally Italy (e.g. hotel expenses , change ticket, meals, etc.).

For more complete information on our procedures, we attach the text of the standard clauses that we will insert in the invitation letter of the company that will be selected for the contract.
The procedure indicated concerns contracts below the threshold of 40 thousand euros. The period of the contract will be between 1 and 3 years.
