We are the Italian company FiberPasta Srl, manufacturer of low glycemic index, high fibre and high protein Pasta, Flour and bakery products.

We have two main product lines:

- FiberPasta low glycemic index line whose main product, the pasta, is certified by the Italian Ministry of Health as suitable for diabetic people, and is prescribed by nutritionists and personal trainers for low glycemic index diets, weight loss diets, low cholesterol diets.

- FiberPasta PRO line: a innovative protein line with PastaPro and FarinaPro (30% protein pasta and flour) very suitable for sport people and increasing the protein intake . They are excellent sources of vegetable protein with complete aminoacidic profile.

FiberPasta company was founded in the year 1996 and is based in Italy (Monsano, in the Marche Region). Giuseppe Polverini is the inventor of FiberPasta and belongs to the fourth generation of a miller family. FiberPasta is a healthy pasta having a very low glycemic index (G.I.23) and the same pleasant taste as traditional Italian pasta, despite containing 15% of fibre, that means more than twice the amount of fibre of dark whole-wheat pasta. FiberPasta is made through a special and unique production process, by using durum wheat, wheat fibre and inuline fibre. FiberPasta Flour is a special flour compound containing a high fibre content (15% fibre) and a very low glycemic index (G.I. 29) . Even though it contains a very high amount of fibre, FiberPasta Flour has the same texture as the traditional flour, due to the absence of bran lignin (this was possible thanks to its unique production process). It is useful for making bakery products like bread, pizza, cake and also fresh pasta.



PastaPro is a premium high protein and high fiber pasta (included inulin fiber), mainly designed for athletes and sport people and weight control.
