Since 1962, at Grazioli Agri we have been involved in the production of components for agriculture and manure spreading systems for agricultural equipment. Founded by Grazioli Cesare, in the company we carry on a family tradition of agricultural mechanics and industrial automation. We have always believed in the quality of Made in Italy and work for the efficiency of those who work every day in the field, our research is always oriented to the creation of reliable, durable and quality products.
Since the 60s until today, we have been distributing agricultural components in Italy and around the world. In Europe, Grazioli Agri’s products have reached the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France and even the agricultural expanses of the East: Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Russia and Greece. Our systems have also reached Egypt, Argentina and Mexico.

Manure spreaders
Manure spreader equipment is the fundamental element in working in orchards, vineyards and open fields to chop, spread and evenly distribute the organic fertilizer in the area.
Manure spreaders can be customised to the specifications of the agricultural machine, the conditions of use and the area of application.
Hydraulic or mechanical drive systems regulate the amount of material distributed in relation to the power of the rotors, box and gearbox assemblies.

Gearboxes
The gearboxes transmit the motion from the tractor to the rotors of the manure spreader equipment. They consist of control boxes and gearboxes. Our gearboxes are in stock. We also carry out the maintenance of the individual box or of the entire group, repairing the internal components.
Hydraulic gearboxes
Hydraulic gearboxes are systems that activate the hydraulic movement of the trailer carpet. The carpet is essential in manure spreading equipment because it conducts manure evenly as it passes through spreading systems. We always recommend the most suitable speed reducers for specific agricultural machines, considering the parameters of the reduction ratio, the torque to be transmitted and the mass of material that is expected to be spread.
These devices can also be applied to other agricultural and non-agricultural machinery. The speed reducer is essential for hose reels with rewinding by means of a hydraulic motor, as well as for moving carpets on manure spreader and grass loading trailers. They are also applicable on machinery for harvesting potatoes and beets, chippers, mixing buckets for the construction and agricultural sector, agricultural silage machines and finally salt spreaders.
