Autosat® is the next-generation shuttle designed for the automatic storage of pallets within a traditional drive-in shelf. Autosat® guarantees high-density storage allowing the maximum exploitation of the warehouse volume.

It shows its effectiveness in the case of repeated emptying/filling in the same channel (eg: buffer area management) and works according to both FIFO logic and LIFO logic.

In addition to simple storage, Autosat provides several important functions of reordering, counting, collision avoidance, manual management, and many others. The machines are available in three versions:

Autosat®: is controlled by a simple multifunction remote control with a LED display.

Autosat® Inox Technology: is designed for liquid loads, thanks to its stainless steel structure it is completely stainless and washable.

Autosat® Wifi: controlled via Wi-Fi with WMS (Warehouse Management Software) communication between handheld and AGV laser guided shuttles.



Autosatmover is the new generation modular system, fully automatic for the automation of multi-depth storage of pallets.

It consists of:

Mover, the mother shuttle that runs on the tracks perpendicular to the storage channels, powered by a busway at each load
Supercap, the onboard satellite controlled by the Wi-Fi mother shuttle and intended for operations in the different storage channels for the collection/ storage of pallets automatically.
The different configurations of the system necessarily include elevators/descenders for pallets, intended for the delivery of the pallet to the different storage channels for its management by Autosatmover, and elevators/descenders for Mover, only in the configurations in which only one Autosatmover is operating on several levels. Also, the management of the entire Autosatmover system is entrusted to our WMS software.

Autosatmover received an honorable mention by the Compasso D’Oro International Award for its “Design for food distribution”.

The SUPERCAP shuttle was designed by AUTOMHA to work in multi-depths inside fully automatic systems. The introduction of the supercapacitor technology has made it possible to solve the typical problems associated with systems powered by normal accumulators, which require long recharging times (in the case of shuttles with integrated batteries) or the presence of operators to replace the batteries (in the case of machines with extractable energy source).

SUPERCAP is suitable for the storage of any type of pallet and load unit and it can be used in any industrial sector: it guarantees optimal performance even at very low and high temperatures. (-30°C/+ 55°C). It can be used on board of stacker cranes or automatic vehicles.

The most classic use of SUPERCAP is that on board the AUTOSATMOVER mother shuttle, but it can also be inserted on a stacker crane, thanks to the CAPTIVE variant (a shuttle managed by a stacker crane) or the ROAMING variant (several shuttles managed by a stacker crane).

Both variants are equipped, in addition to a supercapacitor, with an additional lithium battery, useful for powering the machine inside the rack while waiting for the mother vehicle. This also allows the management of warehouses managed with FIFO logic.

All the SUPERCAP variants are capable of operating in frozen and hostile environments.

From the mother vehicle or the stacker crane, SUPERCAP draws recharges for its supercapacitor, a technology that does not require:

Maintenance
Risks of loss of chemical sewage contained in traditional batteries
On the main vehicles, in fact, there are copper brushes that, when SUPERCAP is on board, recharge the supercapacitor in 7 seconds. Once it’s fully charged, the satellite is ready to carry out storage or extraction operations of the load units.

SUPERCAP communicates with the mother vehicles via Wi-Fi, thanks to which it sends precise reports on its charging status and on the development of its missions minute by minute.

The SRM warehouses allow automatic storage of load units of any size and weight. The machines are designed in different solutions to take advantage to the fullest of the available volume. The SRM warehouses can be installed both in industrial buildings and in self-supporting independent structures.

Automha stacker cranes run on rails equipped with an exclusive anti-vibration plate system, and receive energy for their movement from busbars positioned on the ground and double brushes on the machine.

SRM is not connected by cable to the earth panels, and is managed by precise control systems of the operational functions: this guarantees a high level of safety and precision.
