OUR STORY
Rigised Snc was born in 1990 from the union of partners with a long experience in the field of chairs production.
Our plants are located in the heart of the area traditionally known as the "Triangolo della Sedia” or "Chair District”. Il Triangolo della Sedia is an industrial district located in the centre of Friuli Venezia Giulia and situated in the province of Udine which extends for 220 sq. km.
To begin with, we manufactured for other companies of the area. Increasing demand for good quality chairs led to the idea of Rigised developing also its own line of products.
Over the years our company has carried on both of production offers: our own catalogue line (named Piani Collection) and, on the other side, the manufacturing on customer’s design.
RIGISED TODAY
Our company today is specialized in the manufacturing of high quality wooden chairs dedicated mainly to the contract market (Ho.Re.Ca).
Our production is entirely developed in our Italian plants. For some stages of manufacturing we use reliable and certified suppliers that are follone step by step by our internal quality control.
Our facilities cover an area of 7,000 square meters of covered area that constitute the production area, warehouses, loading docks, offices and showroom.
The production line uses 4 CNC centres, 4 assembly stations and 20 skilled workers.
The monthly production is about 15,000 chairs.
Part of our warehouse is represented by raw frames of our catalogue production which are used for orders received from our customers with delivery time which, for quantities under 50 pieces, is about 4 weeks.
For a new production for the models included in our catalogue, the lead time can vary, depending on the modeling, from 6 to 8 weeks.

Rigised has obtained the following certifications:
• ISO 9001 / UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
• FSC - Forest Stewardship Council
Being CATAS members we are also able to supply any kind of international certification related to solidity (BIFMA included).
The suppliers we have selected are able to provide all the international certifications that concern their product (fire retardant foam, fire retardant fabric/ecoleather etc.)
Being Starbucks suppliers for over 3 years we have passed several types of audits, both internal and external, which have certified the organization of our structure.
BESPOKE
One of the areas that makes us particularly proud is the development of production at the customer's request or with the collaboration of architects and designers. Starting from the design and the relative feasibility and resistance studies, we move on to the prototyping phase and the consequent development of all the production systems applied to our machinery.
In these cases, the minimum quantities required (which can always vary depending on the modeling) are based on batches of 200 pieces.

The Tulip range inlcudes pouf, sidechair, armchair with three different heights for the back. The shell can be mixed with several different bases: in wood or in metal for the hospitality, the healthcare and the office.
