T.M. was born in 2001, when its CEO and founder Tarchini Massimo, after a great experience in electro-mechanic al assembly of Low and Medium Voltage switchgears and systems, for world leader companies electrical, starts in Treviglio (Bergamo), his activity of assembly, wiring and construction of switchgears and plants.
To continue the constant development of the company and in order to enlarge the company potentiality, in 2004, T.M. increases his staff with technicians and Project manager coming from world leader companies and specialized in switchgears and in energy sector.
T.M. is specialized in development, project, construction and installation of switchboards. It gives lots of attentions to quality, reliability and design of products. The intervention on existing switchgears or on its components is part of the activity as well, T.M. take care of finding the better solution to answer customers’ needs in the following sectors:
■ Industry consists of industrial structures, steelworks, cement factory, desalinization and metallurgical systems etc…
■ Power & Energy includes grids, alternative energy, etc…
■ Oil & Gas consists of refinery, extraction and distribution of hydrocarbons etc…
■ Infrastructure includes the tertiary, malls, subways, airports, telecommunications etc.
Operation Unit
T.M. activities takes place in Pagazzano, (near Bergamo, Italy) with a productive area of 12.550 sm, of which 5.100 sm.

Engineering / Project Management
In purpose of giving suitable and innovative answer to the requests of the market, T.M. management and technical staff gives significant resources to the design and development branch. This staff consists of qualified personnel with a large experience in plant design and electromechanical field.
The technical office, further than the progression of single order, is constantly focused on the research of technical and economic solutions to respond to all the customer’s requests.
In addition, the technical office supports the sales office to suggest specific and functional solution for each offer.
A core role is played by the recurrent training. T.M. staff is constantly updated with professional course about project management, productive process control and recent IT support.
T.M. is characterized by the ability of giving "Tayler made" solutions for each customer. The company offers a complete and qualified consultancy service giving also a technical support for any kind of request (the staff support the customer from the starting phases of project study).
About engineering contracts, T.M. has the skills for the following activities:
■ Study, analysis and development of technical specifications and verification of
compliance with in force laws.
■ Development of mechanical drawings related to the switchgears and electric
wiring supplied.
■ Development of wiring diagrams.
■ Analysis of systems of protection and implementation of coordination studies
(selectivity and calibration tables).
■ Writing of manuals necessary for the use and maintenance of the equipment supplied.
Furthermore, T.M. enlarged its research and development department. This Dept. has to develop new products to expand the range following the market demand.

Busbars - TMbb - To complete our range of electric board in container T.M. realizes air insulated busbar trunking called TMbb. This product is tailored responding to customer necessity and is composed by modular unit on the basis of committer request. TMbb is tested and assembled in factory to simplify the in motion assembly and to reduce the time needed.

Solutions in box for Transformers and RMU - TMbox T.M. realizes TMbox specifically studied for containing transformers and/or RMU compartments.

Low Voltage - Distribution, Control, Protection, etc. - TMbt To complete the production of Low Voltage switchgear, T.M. designed, realized and tested TMbt LV panel expressly studied for offering to the user a variety of uses, from control up to measurement, protection of electric plant. The structure of the switchgear is the same as TMpower and TMmotor so the three products are joinable. TMbt main characteristics: ■ Compactness and minimal dimensions. ■ Two different width ( 600mm and 800mm)

Medium Voltage Primary - TMclad
T.M. has realized and tested TMclad an Medium Voltage air-insulated switchgear for primary distribution. It’s composed by modular prefabricated unit for interior, combinable with a metallic shell, module/container TMPowerCube, and equipped with extractable circuit breaker in SF6 or vacuum type. Those devices are interchangeable inside the same unit.
They are available in two different versions: TMPC / M and TMPC / E and they are pre-assembled and tested at the factory and allows the creation of frameworks in accordance with IEC 62271-200, IEC 60694, IEC 17-1, CEI 17-6.
■ TMPC / M: complete module including the access compartment for cables which could be arranged for withdrawable VT.
■ TMPC / E: container without the cell-free cables access and so without the possibility of including a withdrawable VT, but thanks to its smaller size is more flexible and is useful for the creation of double-level switchboard. It’s the perfect solution in case of small spaces.

T.M. designed, realized, tested and patented, for the innovative and compact design, TMsec36 an Medium Voltage air-insulated switchboard for secondary distribution at 36KV. It’s composed by a vast rage of functional unit studied and designed for offering to the user a purpose variety and the possibility of being useful for different implant necessity.
TMsec36 switchboard is realized following the philosophy of TMsec. The compartment design of TMsec36 keep in consideration the functionality, the simplicity of movement and the block apparatus and a long period of activity without maintenance.
Each compartment is separated with the same metallic shell which guarantees an IP2X protection degree, so as to allow the access to the machinery compartment even with door opened and live busbar.

TMsec dimensions are so to minimize the space needed while maintaining high conditions of safety for the staff according to the existing standards. It is also particularly suitable for secondary distribution and for transformation cabins.
Thanks to its minimal dimensions the switchgear is suitable for different kind of cabins (cabins pre-fabricated compact, mobile and underground). Each apparatus installed in TMsec switchgear (switch-disconnectors, circuit breakers and fuses) is removable for easy maintenance and replacement.

In the field of Low Voltage power distribution, T.M. designed, realized and tested
TMpower. It is studied for offering to the user a variety of purpose and for satisficing several installation requests. TMpower design is focused on the functionality, the simplicity of operation and block disposal and a long activity period.
TMpower is a Power Center with high performance and compact design, equipped with air circuit breaker (ACB) and moulded case ciurcuit breaker (MCCB) both fix and extractable. TMpower can fit different cabins (compact pre-fabricated cabins, mobile and underground).

TMpower main characteristics:
■ Compactness and minimal dimensions.
■ Composed by modular unit (possibility of realizing different combinations, 3phase or 3 phase+Neutral).
■ Safety of operating personnel guaranteed by an adequate earthing system and by mechanic and electric interlocks or separations with the purpose of prevent erroneous operations.

Low Voltage - Motor Control Center - TMmotor
For Low Voltage motors control, protection and command, T.M. designed, realized and tested TMmotor switchgear. A Motor Control Center with two versions: fixed modules (TMmotor-F) and withdrawable modules (TMmotor-W).
The structure of the framework is the same as the TMpower, consequently is guaranteed the accoppiabilità between the products.
The TMmotor design process focuses on the implant aspect, studying different solutions in order to satisfy several installation requests. The switchgear is realized considering the functionality (the size of the lateral cable ducts allows a comfortable access to power and auxiliary connection (width 400mm), the simplicity of operating and block and a long activity period.

TMmotor main characteristics:
