La C.L.O.M.E.A è un’azienda fiorentina, impiegata da oltre quaranta anni nella produzione di macchinari per la curvatura di profilati.
Disponiamo di un'ampia gamma di curvatrici ad alta precisione e di diverse dimensioni per la lavorazione di profilati metallici (alluminio, ferro, acciaio, ecc) e PVC.
Per gestire al meglio il ciclo di curvatura, tutte le nostre macchine possono essere equipaggiate con controlli numerici, elettronici o console a controllo manuale intercambiabili.

Curvatrice idraulica ad elevate prestazioni per profili in ferro, PVC e alluminio. Corpo macchina in ghisa, tre alberi trascinatori in acciaio temperato rettificato, montati su cuscinetti conici, e comandati da motoriduttore e ingranaggi in acciaio temperato.
L’incremento di curvatura è dato dall’avanzamento idraulico dei due rulli inferiori, ed è dotata di rulli raddrizzatori laterali indipendenti.
La macchina può essere equipaggiata con sei diverse soluzioni di controllo, da quello manuale al controllo numerico dotato di teleassistenza.
Il pannello di comando è alimentato in bassa tensione come da norme vigenti e installato su consolle munita di ruote e separata dalla macchina.

High performance hydraulic bending machine for iron, PVC and aluminium sections. The machine body is made of cast iron. It has three dragging shafts in cemented tempered steel, mounted on conical bearings, and powered by a motor reducer and gears in tempered steel.
The increment of bending is given by the hydraulic advancement of the two lower rollers, and it is equipped with independent side straightening rollers.
The machine can be rigged up with six different control solutions, starting from the manual control up to the full automatic one equipped with remote assistance.
The control console is fed by low voltage in line with the regulations in force and installed on a wheeled stand separate from the machine.
