Grain Dryers
In addition to fertilizer spreaders, Agrex also develops drying solutions, available in both
fixed and mobile versions. These systems are designed to ensure optimal control
of grain moisture, a crucial aspect especially for livestock farms. As is well known,
proper drying preserves the nutritional characteristics of the product,
avoiding unwanted fermentation, mold, and quality losses that can directly impact
farm performance.
Agrex dryers stand out for their reliability, energy efficiency, and flexibility
of use, adapting to different operational and organizational needs. The mobile versions
offer the possibility of direct intervention in the field, reducing time and increasing
the farm's autonomy, while the fixed systems represent a
structured solution for those who need to handle larger volumes continuously. In
both cases, the goal is to provide an effective tool to improve
product management and optimize the entire production cycle.
A Reliable Partner
The entire Agrex range is based on constant attention to construction quality,
using durable materials such as stainless steel and design solutions
focused on longevity. Robustness, reliability, and ease of
use are key elements in the design, designed to ensure operational continuity
even in the most demanding working conditions.
In a constantly evolving sector, where efficiency, sustainability, and quality
are increasingly central, Agrex presents itself as a reliable partner to address
the daily challenges of agriculture and livestock farming, offering technologies
that can make a difference in the field and contribute concretely to
business profitability.

In an agriculture increasingly focused on efficiency and production quality, companies
like Agrex represent a benchmark for agricultural and livestock farms
seeking reliable, practical, and technologically advanced solutions. The company, based
in Roveredo di Guà, Verona, Italy, stands out for the design and manufacture
of machines dedicated to fertilizer distribution and drying processes,
two key areas for ensuring consistent yields and high-quality raw materials.
High-tech Fertilizer Spreaders
Among the most representative solutions in the Agrex range are the Maxi Pro
WI 6000 Dynamic fertilizer spreaders, designed to meet the operational needs of medium- and large-sized
farms. These fertilizer spreaders are designed to work with organic
pelleted fertilizers, lime, and traditional chemical granular fertilizers and are equipped with an ISOBUS connection,
weighing, 32-section control, and variable dose control. The range is among the most
comprehensive in Europe and includes compact and versatile models, ideal for vineyards and
orchards, as well as larger-capacity machines designed for open-field work. In all cases,
the goal is one: to ensure uniform and precise fertilizer distribution, minimizing
waste and optimizing the nutritional supply to crops.
The available configurations range from simple and reliable mechanical and hydraulic versions,
to more advanced systems equipped with electronic management, sensors, and continuous weighing technologies.
Integration with GPS and ISOBUS systems allows the dose to be automatically adjusted
based on forward speed, further improving operational efficiency and contributing to compliance with environmental regulations. This approach translates into concrete benefits
for the farm: lower consumption, greater precision, reduced dispersion, and
smarter resource management.
A particularly important aspect is the ability to adapt the machines to specific
operational needs, thanks to various configurations and accessories that allow for targeted
work even in variable conditions. This allows operators to intervene with
precision both in row crops and in open fields, always maintaining high
quality and operational standards.

MAXI VIGNA WI 5000: the ISOBUS fertilizer spreader with weighing system, designed for vineyards and orchards.
To meet the needs of specialized crops, AGREX has developed the MAXI VIGNA WI 5000, a fertilizer spreader specifically designed for the distribution of ORGANIC PELLET, DRY, and TRADITIONAL GRANULAR fertilizers in vineyards and orchards.
The machine is designed to ensure:
high distribution precision;
uniformity along the row;
reduction of dispersion;
ease of adjustment;
reliability even in demanding operating conditions;
adaptability to different business needs.
Thanks to its specific configuration for tree crops, the MAXI VIGNA allows fertilizer to be distributed directly to the areas affected by the root system, improving application efficiency and optimizing nutrient use.
The Benefits of Precision Fertilization in Vineyards
The use of dedicated equipment offers tangible benefits from both agronomic and economic perspectives.
Greater vegetative uniformity
Balanced nutrition promotes uniform plant development and improved vineyard management.

Improved Production Quality

Proper nutrient availability contributes to the final quality of grapes and fruit, influencing production and marketing parameters.

Reduction of Waste

Targeted distribution allows for more efficient use of fertilizer, reducing consumption and operating costs.

Greater Sustainability

Limiting product loss means reducing environmental impact and improving management of company resources.
Innovation and Modern Agriculture
Modern agriculture requires increasingly precise tools to address the challenges of sustainability, rising production costs, and the need to improve company competitiveness.

Investing in technologies dedicated to fertilizer distribution allows for optimization of agronomic operations and enhancement of the productive potential of vineyards and orchards.

In this context, solutions like MAXI VIGNA offer valuable support for farmers who want to improve fertilization efficiency and achieve more consistent results over time.

FAQs on fertilizer distribution in vineyards and orchards
Why is it important to distribute fertilizer evenly?

A uniform distribution ensures that all plants receive the correct amount of nutrients, avoiding vegetative imbalances and production losses.

What are the risks of uneven distribution?

The main consequences are localized nutritional deficiencies, irregular plant growth, fertilizer waste, and increased business costs.

When is it advisable to fertilize a vineyard?

The most suitable times depend on the variety grown, the soil, and production objectives. Applications are generally scheduled during the phases of greatest nutritional demand by the plant.

What are the advantages of a fertilizer spreader specifically for vineyards and orchards?

A dedicated fertilizer spreader allows for more precise distribution along the row, reduces waste, and improves fertilization efficiency.

Is MAXI VIGNA suitable for different types of fertilizer?

Yes, the machine is designed to handle different types of fertilizer and adapt to the operational needs of specialized farms.

How can fertilizer waste be reduced in vineyards?

Using precise equipment, conducting soil analyses, and properly scheduling applications can improve nutritional efficiency and contain costs.

What benefits does precision fertilization bring?

Greater production uniformity, improved crop quality, reduced costs, and a lower environmental impact.

FERTI-WI SUPER PROFY: ISOBUS fertilizer spreader
FERTILIZER SPREADER INTEGRATED EVOLUTION
The FERTI W ISO SUPER PROFY fertilizer spreader is designed
for the most advanced Precision Farming applications
and fully integrates with the tractor’s ISOBUS functions and all
AEF-certified ISOBUS systems.
Thanks to up to 16 working sections over a maximum working
width of 36 m and variable rate control, spreading is performed
uniformly, without waste and without crop damage, delivering
environmental and economic benefits.
The machine can operate with prescription maps, automatically
adjusting fertilizer rates according to the different yield potential
of often heterogeneous soils.
This improves fertilizer efficiency, reducing both input quantities
and operating costs, benefiting both the crop and the environment.
The fertilizer flow is ensured by slow-rotation agitators positioned
at the bottom of the hopper. The fertilizer is conveyed through
the dosing gate and chute to an area close to the center of the
disc, where peripheral speed is lower, protecting the fertilizer
from possible damage.
The disc rotation speed ranges from 500 to 930 rpm.
