100% Made in Italy production
All devices are made in-house, in our factory, following strict production standards and certified quality controls. Full control of the supply chain allows us to be quick, flexible, and responsive to market needs.
Product Range
We offer a wide range of systems (conical, cylindrical, short, single-phase), compatible prosthetic components, and surgical accessories designed to meet every clinical requirement. Each line is the result of collaboration with dentists and laboratories to ensure ease of use and predictable results over time.
Training and Relationship
We believe that innovation should be accompanied by knowledge. For this reason, we invest in continuous training, organizing courses, events, and meetings in the area. Our workshops and collaborations with opinion leaders are designed to create dialogue and shared value.
International Vision, Human Approach
We are present in different foreign markets, but we have never lost our DNA: artisanal attention, customer listening, and care for detail. Every partner for us is part of a journey, not just a sales channel.

Easy Slim
The Easy Slim implant line was developed to meet specific surgical needs, ideal for those working with high torque.
- Uses a trapezoidal spiral
- Flat to flat connection with anti-rotational feature and M1.8 prosthetic screw
- Bioactive TiDae surface
- Surgery without irrigation
- Guided surgery
The Easy Slim implant is specifically designed for immediate loading in post-extraction cases.
It is mainly used when the patient’s anatomy is normal, in conditions of regular surgery.
Its conical shape allows for bone compression and faster stabilization. The implant is self-tapping and dual-threaded.
All implants undergo a meticulous cleaning and surface decontamination process using cold plasma initiated in Argon.
Subsequently, implant and packaging sterilization is conducted using Beta radiation.
Conical Grade
Conical grade® is a biomechanical dental implant, entirely made of Titanium Gr5. The design of its cortical collar allows for a perfect distribution of chewing loads. The spiral is produced with NEST-SHAPE® morphology, a geometry that becomes crucial during the patient's bone healing phase.
- Uses Nest Shape® spiral (Ornaghi patent)
- 4° conometric connection at the apex with anti-rotation and prosthetic screw
- Bioactive SLA surface
- Guided surgery
- Compatible with our Prasa prosthetic solution
- Prosthetic components for digital workflows
Conical grade® is a dental implant manufactured entirely in Titanium Gr5 (Ti6Al4V), which promotes increased mechanical strength and reduces instances of localized corrosion. The Conical Grade dental implant features an internal hexagon connection with a double-cone connection, tapered at 4° at the apex.
The conical closure is sized to allow for the application of the PLATFORM SWITCHING concept.
The cortical collar indentations are designed to ensure appropriate distribution of masticatory loads and are located along the tapered part of the implant collar with a rounded morphology.
Designed and created with three Macro Grooves, during the implant insertion phase, the cutting macro grooves collect portions of bone, preserving it for regeneration and subsequent healing phases.
The Conical grade® dental implant is manufactured with a new spiral morphology: NEST-SHAPE®. This geometry is crucial during the bone healing phase.
Indeed, the double concavities of 25 microns across the entire spiral and implant body significantly extend the contact surface area with the bone, influencing the primary distribution of newly forming bone.
Initially, osteoblasts, vessels, and bone trabeculae concentrate primarily within the spiral concavities. Only after 30 days from implant insertion can a homogeneous distribution on the implant surface be observed.
These concavities allow for a considerable reduction in the bone cutting section, making the spiral, despite its height of 0.5 mm, atraumatic for the implant socket.
All implants undergo a meticulous surface cleaning and decontamination process using cold plasma ignited in Argon gas.
Subsequently, the implants and their packaging are sterilized using Beta ray irradiation.
D3.0
The D3.0 Three Cones in One implant line is designed to operate under extreme bone limitations. The D3.0 implant features a 2.5° conometric connection, and once assembled, the Fixture - Screw - Abutment components form three cones in one.
- Utilizes Nest Shape® spiral (Ornaghi patent)
- 2.5° conometric connection with anti-rotation
Conometric prosthetic screw M1.6
- Bioactive SLA surface
- Guided surgery
- Implant diameter D3.0 mm
- Prosthetic components for digital workflows
The connection of the Conical Grade D3.0 dental implant is an internal decagon with a 2.5° cone connection. This connection incorporates PLATFORM SWITCHING.
Also for this dental implant, the patented NEST-SHAPE® spiral is used. This design enhances implant stability by securely anchoring into the bone.
Furthermore, the terraces provide stability to the implant, as the spiral rests in the bone beyond the NEST-SHAPE® crest.
All implants undergo a thorough surface cleaning and decontamination process using cold plasma ignited in Argon. Subsequently, sterilization of the implant and its packaging is performed using Beta ray irradiation.
Conical Evo
Conical Evo® is a dental implant with a unique design that offers clear biomechanical advantages and redistribution of chewing loads, occlusal forces, and extra short measurements. Supported by scientific evidence, Ornaghi ensures that clinicians have access to state-of-the-art devices.
- Ultra Short Dimensions
- Bioactive SLA Surface
- Morse taper connection 1°- 1.5°
- Surgery without irrigation at 50 Rpm
- Fixture-abutment connection without prosthetic screw and cement
Conical Evo® is a dental implant constructed using Titanium Gr5 (Ti6Al4V). This allows for an increase in mechanical strength from 550 N/mm² (mechanical strength of Titanium Gr4) to 1050 N/mm² (mechanical strength of Titanium Gr5).
The interface between the fixture and abutment features a conometric connection at 1° and 1.5°, eliminating micro-gaps that prevent bacteria from penetrating inside the implant well.
Lastly, the converging shoulder effectively ensures bone support and consequent support of tissues and papillae.
The SLA (Sandblasted and Acid-etched) surface is achieved through sandblasting and subsequent acid etching (Sa 1.3 μ), aimed at significantly increasing the contact area and promoting osteoblastic cell differentiation.
Treatment conducted by Nobil Bio Ricerche, a leading company in research and development of implant surface technologies. The surface treatment substantially enhances the “% area increase,” representing the amount of surface contact between the implant and bone.
The SLA surface is recommended for use in most cases, whether there is ideal quality and quantity of bone tissue, regenerated bone, or poor-quality bone. The treatment has shown to be non-cytotoxic.
Material testing conducted by Omeco, a laboratory accredited by international certification bodies.
All implants undergo a meticulous surface cleaning and decontamination process using cold plasma initiated in Argon. Subsequently, sterilization of both the implant and its packaging is carried out using Beta-ray irradiation.
