FZ INOX designs and manufactures stainless steel process machinery for the food, dairy and beverage industries, from its workshop in Thiene, northern Italy.
PUMPS. The FZ-CP sanitary centrifugal pump covers flow rates up to 48 m3/h and heads up to 45 m, across 9 power classes and 57 configurations, with performance curves measured at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The range includes flushed-seal versions for products that crystallise or stick, vertical models for tight installations, and FZ-SP self-priming pumps that draw dry and recover product at the end of a line. IP69-K motor versions withstand direct high-pressure washdown.
HEAT TRANSFER. Plate heat exchangers from 500 to 80,000 litres per hour, sized on the customer's flow rate and temperature differential. Tube and multitube exchangers handle dense products, fibres and particulates that would block a plate unit.
POWDER HANDLING. FZ-TB triblenders dissolve powders in line, without lumps and without manual handling: bench-mounted for fixed stations, trolley-mounted to serve several lines.
CUSTOM EQUIPMENT. Pasteurisation skids, butter block melters, heated tanks and insulated process piping, and machines built to a specific process. We have delivered complete stainless steel installations for dairies, distilleries and pastry production.
MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION. Product-contact parts in polished AISI 316L, frames and casings in AISI 304. DIN 11851 fittings as standard; Tri-Clamp, SMS and flanged on request. Every machine carries a stainless steel nameplate with model, serial number, power, speed, flow and pressure.
We manufacture to customer drawings and under private label, and we ship worldwide.

FZ-CP IP69-K Centrifugal Pump
Sanitary centrifugal pump with IP69-K rated motor: the highest protection class against dust and high-pressure, high-temperature water jets. Built for plants that are washed down every day.
The motor takes the pressure washer directly, with no covers and no downtime caused by water ingress. Same hydraulic range as the standard FZ-CP: flow up to 48 m3/h, head up to 45 m, curves measured at 50 Hz and 60 Hz.

FZ-SP Self-Priming Pump
Stainless steel self-priming pump for the food and dairy industries, widely used for milk transfer. It draws dry: no need to flood the suction line before starting, and it empties lines and recovers product at the end of a batch.
Product-contact parts in polished AISI 316L, motors up to 4 kW, DIN 11851 connections as standard, Tri-Clamp, SMS and flanged on request. An IP69-K motor version is available for high-pressure washdown areas.
Designed and built in our workshop in Thiene, Italy, also under private label.

Plate Heat Exchanger
Stainless steel plate heat exchanger for heating, cooling and heat recovery in food, dairy and beverage plants. High thermal efficiency in a compact footprint.
Capacity from 500 to 80,000 litres per hour. Each unit is calculated on the customer's flow rate and temperature differential, so the plate pack matches the real duty instead of an off-the-shelf size.

FZ-TB Triblender
Stainless steel powder-into-liquid blender with tube-in-tube venturi. It dissolves powders in line, without lumps and without manual handling, producing homogeneous dispersions in a single pass.
Powder is drawn straight into the flow, so operators stop tipping sacks into open tanks and the product goes into solution immediately. Available bench-mounted for a fixed station, or trolley-mounted to serve several lines with one machine.
