Casa Paladin is a family-owned Italian wine group founded in 1962 in the Veneto region. Today, Casa Paladin includes four estates located in some of Italy’s most renowned wine regions: Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lombardy and Tuscany. coming from the oldest Sangiovese vines of Castelvecchi, over 70 years old, this vineyard was already present in the
first land registry of Chianti Classico;
Destamming without pressing to have a long maceration (50 days) as the maximum extraction of taste from the skins of the grapes ;
There's a small madonna on top of the vineyard ;
Ageing in first- and second-use French oak barriques for 24 months.



Produced in the heart of Valpolicella using traditional Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes;
Grapes are naturally dried for several months to achieve concentration, richness and complexity ;A full-bodied and elegant Amarone with notes of ripe red fruit, spices and vanilla, balanced by refined structure and long persistence ;Aged in oak barrels and further refined in bottle to enhance depth, smoothness and aging potential.
