On August 3rd, the launch of a new six-month pre-incubator programme - The QUEST Programme – was announced, which will be based in the Quantum Technology Innovation Centre in Bristol. The programme, that will start in October 2021, aims to kickstart new technology ventures in the United Kingdom and beyond. More specifically, the programme will support business-oriented researchers who are looking to develop advance technology companies and provide them with the necessary training and support to create pre-seed technology ventures.

The Programme will be a blend of in-person & online training and will offer a wide mix of activities such as:

• Business-training designed specifically for the creation of deep-technology companies
• Mentoring from respected industry leaders,
• Regular road-mapping sessions with a team of selected Entrepreneurs
• Opportunity to pitch for capital from a network of UK and European angel investors and VCs.
