A press conference of the 16th Baku Energy Week, the most prestigious energy event of the Caspian region, was held here on Wednesday.The event was attended by press secretary of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jahid Mikayilov, press secretary of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Orkhan Huseynov, sales director of "Iteca Caspian" company Orkhan Ahmadov, project manager of "Iteca Caspian" company Aynura Nazarli, and project manager of "Iteca Caspian" company Naila Aliyeva.Representatives of the mass media and members of the organizing committee of the exhibitions were also present at the press conference.Between 31 May and 3 June, Azerbaijan is hosting Baku Energy Week, combining three prestigious events under one name. The 28th International Caspian Oil&Gas Exhibition (Caspian Oil & Gas), the 11th Caspian International Power and Green Energy Exhibition (Caspian Power), and the 28th Baku Energy Forum will be held in the framework of the Baku Energy Week.The Baku Energy Week is traditionally held with the support of the Ministry of Energy and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).Some 326 companies from 37 countries have confirmed their participation in the events of Baku Energy Week.
