COSMETICS COMPANY PLANS IPO
The cosmetics company Dr Irena Eris S.A. has confirmed to carry out an initial public offering and to apply for the admission and introduction of shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), adding that the funds raised will be used to take over producers or brands in Poland and abroad as well as expand export activities.
