An analysis conducted by CBRE shows that in Poland the working-age population will continue to shrink until the end of 2040, with the downward trend accelerating especially after 2035. According to CBRE analysts, in 2040 the country’s working-age population will have declined by 8.4 %, which will result in an increase in the old-age dependency ratio from 30 % in 2022 to 40 % in 2040.
