According to Rzeczpospolita, Poland is an absolute leader on the European market of out-of-home deliveries. The daily notes that a survey conducted by Unlimited Parcel Intelligence shows that per 10,000 citizens there are ca. 38 locations for collecting purchases made online. To compare, in the Czech Republic there are 34 such locations, in the UK – 15 and in Germany – 8. Rzeczpospolita also stresses that when it comes to parcel lockers, Poland is at the forefront with ca. 29,000 such machines, almost twice more than the second-ranking UK. “It is no wonder then that abroad Poland is often referred to as a lockerland,” Rzeczpospolita adds.
