Panattoni has purchased 26 hectares of land in Śląskie Province and in Bytom, the company will deliver a 131,000 sqm facility that will provide tenants with an excellent location in the centre of the Upper Silesian and Zagłębie metropolitan area. The land has been supplied by GTB Metropolis, a Silesian-based firm that has completed the legal and technical preparations for the site, while the development will fulfil the standards of sustainable construction and is to be environmentally certified under BREEAM for a rating of “Excellent”. Panattoni will also employ solutions to limit the emission of CO2 and the use of energy and water. (ICE VARSAVIA)
