"In my view, at the moment, in the energy sector, these are technologies for generating electricity from wind power, hydrogen and nuclear power", she added. "If we focus on these as a priority, I do not see any obstacles to reaching the 40% target even earlier than 2030". The MEP believes that digital policies are among the EU's top priorities and aim to boost Europe's competitiveness in the technological sphere, increase opportunities for business and industry, develop citizens' digital skills and support the green transition.
