France’s Egis has been appointed to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for the Kuwait Airways Tower project in the Jibla area of Kuwait City.The project covers an area of 1,416 square metres and will feature a multi-story tower with 20 to 30 floors, a two-level basement for parking, a podium with a multi-purpose hall, a commercial complex on the ground floor, two mezzanine levels and additional upper floors.Egis will supervise all stages of the project including the pre-construction and construction phases, feasibility studies, site analysis and market research.Kuwait Airways Company (KAC) is the project client.Egis has worked on other projects in Kuwait including the Scientific Centre, the National Bank of Kuwait headquarters, Al-Ghouse Road, the Boubyan Bank headquarters, Al-Multaa City and the Central Bank of Kuwait.
