In July 2023, core inflation excluding food and energy prices was 10.6%. The overall inflation rate stood at 10.8% in July, said the National Bank of Poland in a press release on Wednesday. According to the central bank’s estimate, core inflation excluding administered (state-controlled) prices was 9.6%, down from 10.3% a month earlier, while core inflation excluding the most volatile prices was 13.7%, down from 14.4% a month earlier.
