Lithuania's laser manufacturer Light Conversion has acquired Evana Technologies, a Vilnius-based company that develops technologies for scribing of silicon and other materials, the Verslo Zinios business news website reported on Thursday.  Light Conversion CEO Martynas Barkauskas has confirmed plans to merge Evana Technologies into Light Conversion within a few months.The company was purchased from GAP Technologies and two natural persons, including a shareholder of Light Conversion.
