WPIP, a regional leader of Western Poland in the sector of industrial constructions, has just started the construction of a new logistics center in Gorzów Wielkopolski for MLP Group.  First spaces of a total of the 57,000 sqm warehouse will be handed over to the first tenant in February 2024.As part of the currently implemented first phase of the investment, a facility with a warehouse space of 21,400 sqm will be built. Nearly half of it has already been rented by the first partner, Sunrise Medical.The new logistics park is located 9 km from the center of Gorzów, close to the S3 expressway junction, 53 km from the Polish-German border (135 km from Berlin). It is intended to serve mainly the tenants from the e-commerce sector, light manufacturing, and distribution and logistics.The investor emphasizes that its new logistic center will be subject to BREEAM New Construction ecological certification. For this purpose, heat pumps, chargers for electric cars and bicycle racks will be built. (ICE VARSAVIA)
