ORLEN has reported that Lotos Petrobaltic, a unit of the ORLEN Group, has signed an agreement with the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) on cooperation in the construction of three vessels intended for the transport of workers to the area of offshore wind farms. According to ORLEN, the vessels, which are to be commissioned in 2025 and 2026, can also be used for installation work and for laying cables. All three vessels are to be built in Polish shipyards based on designs prepared by Polish companies. (ICE VARSAVIA)
