Dino Polska (FMCG retailer company) has signed a preliminary conditional agreement with eZebra.pl to acquire the existing shares from the founders and increase the share capital so that ultimately Dino holds 75 percent of shares in the e-commerce company. Under the agreement, Dino will take control over the e-store and the subsidiaries, i.e. 3BOOM and JTG, the latter of which operates its own warehouse and provides storage and shipment services. The deal is valued at PLN61m and for it to go ahead, it must be approved by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). (ICE VARSAVIA)
